When you receive your lenses, we will issue you with a certificate of authenticity, a guarantee of quality and conformity.
SATISFACTION GUARANTEE
If you are not satisfied with your lenses after a 60-day adaptation period, they will be replaced free of charge with other corrective lenses.
GUARANTEE AGAINST BREAKAGE
Your latest generation lenses are covered by a 36-month guarantee against breakage*.
GUARANTEE AGAINST THEFT
Your latest-generation lenses are covered by a 36-month anti-theft guarantee.

* This guarantee includes a franchise of 0% in the first year, 33% in the second year and 66% in the third year. Theft cover will only be validated in exchange for a police report. Information and conditions in store.

Make an appointment for an eye test with our qualified optometrists. If necessary, we will refer you to an ophthalmologist for a more in-depth assessment.

Free maintenance

We offer our customers a full range of maintenance services to ensure that your glasses remain in perfect condition. Whether it's for adjustment, cleaning or any other adjustment request.

Immediate assistance

In the event of urgent repairs (loss of a screw or adjustment), we will do our utmost to assist you.

Travel assistance

Depending on the type of glasses you wear, we can provide you with a repair kit comprising one pair for distance vision and another for near vision, delivered within 48 hours to your place of residence in Europe when you are travelling.
